The Advertising self-regulation institute

 

 

Since its establishment, the UPA has supported the Advertising Self-Regulation Institute, which ensures the legality, integrity and truthfulness of advertising communication.
In over forty years of existence the Institute has been highly successful, especially in preventing improper advertising.
All UPA members have subscribed to the Advertising Self-Regulation Code, and respect the initiatives and decisions of the Control Committee and the Jury, which adjudicates on complaints.
UPA assists its members in creating advertising messages that are consistent with the Self-Regulatory Code.
