UPA’s Master in Commercial Communication Law, realized with the didactic collaboration of FTCC Law Firm, will be repeated in 2022, with the patnership of Google and the technical partnership of WebAds.
We would like to remind you that the training course is mainly aimed at recent graduates in law, corporate lawyers and lawyers who wish to acquire all-round expertise in the legal issues of business communication, dealing with competition, consumer protection, data protection, intellectual property, sector specific rules.
Great attention is paid to the legal challenges posed by digital communication and the relationship between technology and legal professions. The teaching staff is made up of professional lawyers who have been working in the industry for a long time, representatives of the Authorities (AGCM and Privacy Authority), the self-discipline advertising institution (IAP), tax experts, digital communication and cybersecurity experts.
