UPA promotes a Master which has the aim of providing knowledge and useful tools to develop the skills of new communication professionals and to facilitate the meeting of talented young graduates with the working world.
Established in 1989 in Venice in collaboration with Ca' Foscari University, the Master, today in 'Integrated communication strategies at the time of digital', has been held in Milan at the UPA headquarters since 2013 and is aimed at graduates with a brilliant course of study and young professionals who have to deal with an evolving market that requires a continuous updating of marketing and communication techniques.
The high-profile course wants to be a contribution to the formation of the new levers who will take care of the strategic management of the brand, favoring a critical preparation. Yet, at the same time a precious opportunity for those who have already entered the working world and wants to acquire an updated view of market dynamics and the most effective tools to manage them.
For this reason, the Master is open to the participation of managers of UPA member companies, who can follow the entire course remotely or in the classroom, compatibly with the available places.
During the Master the students, divided in small groups, have the opportunity to carry out project works based on real briefs assigned by the companies. The projects are presented directly to the companies on the closing day of the Master.
The supporters and promoters of the Master fully sponsor the training of the students taking on the costs of teaching, therefore participation in the Master is free.
